Important information

We’re sorry, if you are using version 3.2.14 of the app from Google Play Store then signing in with biometrics is currently unavailable on some Samsung devices running Android OS version 8 and 9.

You can sign into the app securely with your 6-digit passcode instead. If you can’t remember your passcode, you can reset it by entering your password.

If you have forgotten your password, that’s okay. You’ll be able to reset it by confirming a few details. You’ll need your card handy for this.

  • All very vague and too general. What I need is to get the app working - which it was, before I received my statement ready email - not much help.

  • unable to access savings - error message service not available after entering customer id screen. Its been happening for weeks and occurs on other browsers!!
  • No mention of online app. Currently reporting service unavailabe(for 2 days) when trying to log in. No information anywhere on why....
  • Your app doesn't load credit card balances/transactions and this web page returns an error message if you try to look at the mobile app service status - Useless
  • your link to the guide to get the app up and running again is also down!
  • My app isn’t working and the messages above do not apply to me.
  • The app is not working. I downloaded the CC app and can’t get it open to register on it
  • Trying to set up Virgin Money Credit Card UK App. Keep getting Ah that didn't work. Rubbish service.
  • The app is failing to allow transactions. I have tried transactions in the last couple of weeks and the ‘something went wrong’ message is almost now expected.
  • Reconnecting with my Virgin Money banking app (updating iPhone).
    Enter customer no, then password, keep getting ‘We’re having a few problems’ ?????????
